Genesis Parent Access will be unavailable Monday, March 31st at 2PM for system maintenance. Access will return once maintenance is complete.
If you are having trouble logging in to your Parent Access account, or experiencing any other Parent Account issues, you must contact your child's school for assistance. The Parent Access Support Contact Page will let you know who to contact at your school.
If this is the first time you are logging on to the Genesis Parent Portal, or if you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot my Password" button above and enter the email address you have provided your student's school. A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please go to our Parent Access Support Contact page to find the person to contact for your child's school. Be sure to include your child's student ID number or name in the email.
Parents, please note - Your username is your email address.
Be sure to log in to your Parent Account frequently to fill out forms and view information that will be published throughout the school year!
